Returns policy

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Unworn items still bearing the original label and in original packing can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested outside of this period will be accepted at the discretion of SA1NT, and you will be issued with store credit for the value of the returned items, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.

Simply use the UPS return label + fill out the return form, both to be find in your package. Please note! When making an exchange, new order must be placed. For questions or missing label and/or form, please contact Customer Service contact form 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A GIFT?

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your SA1NT account (you will need to sign up register your details if you haven’t already). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties if applicable.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange items. But you will need to place a new order online for this item(s).

SALE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned for a refund. We are happy to exchange for a different size where the product does not fit. Where alternative sizes are not available - we will offer you a store credit to the value of the returned items. Please ensure you check our sizing guides prior to purchase.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of SA1NT and may only be refunded as a store credit.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. If you wish to cancel your order please contact SA1NT Europe Customer Service on + 46 31 797 54 44 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays CET (GMT+1) or fill out a return request using the Customer Service contact form. If your order has already shipped, you simply use the UPS return label + fill out the return form, both to be find in your package.

WILL I RECEIVE A FULL REFUND?

You will receive a full refund for products returned to SA1NT within the 30-day refund period. All product must be in new, unused condition, with all SA1NT garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the initial order to the original account used for payment. Shipping costs, if any, are not refunded unless your items are faulty.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. We always follow the local consumer rights. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a Return Request using the Customer Service contact form and we will help you exchange or return the item.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on SA1NT. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

We request that you contact us using the Customer Service contact form in relation to any returns.

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, with all SA1NT garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged. Please utilise our existing resources to ensure you get the correct sizing sent first time. Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please check our size guides carefully before ordering to ensure you have selected the correct size.
