Making a purchase

Purchasing from SA1NT is easy: browse the products via the top menu sections or click on the search icon (top right) and enter a keyword(s) to search for a specific item or feature. When you have selected an item you wish to purchase, click "Add to Cart". To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you through to the checkout process, where you will enter your shipping address and payment method.

You don't need an account to complete a purchase. However, if you register with us and you will be able to enjoy the following benefits through your SA1NT account:
- Save your address and card details for faster shopping
- Manage your account details, order history, email preferences and see your order status.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. When selecting this PayPal at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will return to EU.SAINT.CC for your order confirmation.

At SA1NT, your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to protect any information you input from interception by outside parties. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe and PayPal. SA1NT is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud with the latest security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sweden (EU). Tax and duties are included for purchases within the EU and Norway. The price you see is the price you pay. For all orders inside Europe but outside the EU, please check with your local authorities.

You will be charged in € (Euro)

Delivery

We are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes. We do not deliver to forwarding addresses, which includes Aramex addresses.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from SA1NT to the shipping address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

My Account

If you have trouble signing into our website, first check the specific text of the error message you received. The most common problem is a misspelled email address or password (ensure your CAPS LOCK is off). If you have forgotten your password, change it here to automatically be sent your password. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email. 

My Order

You may change an order at any time before the order ships. If you wish to change your order, please contact SA1NT Europe Customer Service on +46 31 797 54 44 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays CET (GMT+1) or fill out a return request using the contact form. If additional or more expensive items are added to your order, we can accept credit card payment for the difference (VISA, MasterCard and American Express).

If your order has already shipped. Once you receive your order you can return it using the UPS return label + filling out the form, both to be find in your package.

You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact SA1NT Europe Customer Service on +46 31 797 54 44 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm weekdays CET (GMT+1) or fill out a return request using the contact form.

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, SA1NT is not responsible for any delays caused by UPS or others. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, shipping details and a tracking number from Unifaun and/or UPS.

Returns & Exchanges

Unworn items still bearing the original label and in original packing can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Simply use the UPS return label + fill out the return form, both to be find in your package. Please note! When making an exchange, new order has to be placed. View more information on our returns and exchanges policy here

Your refund will either be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. Shipping costs, if any, are not refunded unless your items are faulty.

Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, submit a Return Request using the contact form and we will help you exchange or return the item.
